Terms & Conditions

• A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a space

• Remaining balance is due 45 days before the retreat

• Registrations within 45 days require payment in full

• Deposit is non-refundable

• No refunds for cancellations within 45 days of the retreat

• Travel insurance is required to protect your trip

• Valid passport (min. 6 months of validity from travel dates) required

• Participants must book flights to/from Liberia Airport (LIR)

• Transfers included only within group arrival/departure windows

• Guests booking double occupancy without a roommate will be thoughtfully paired

• Room type availability is first-come, first-served

• Some activities involve physical movement and are optional

• Guest must disclose relevant medical concerns; modifications are welcomed

• Itinerary may shift due to weather or safety considerations

• Respectful behavior toward other guests, staff, and property is required

• Hosts may dismiss a participant whose conduct poses risk or disruption (No refunds will be issued)

In events beyond reasonable control (such as natural disaster, pandemic, political instability), Soulie Retreats may reschedule or adjust itinerary.

Cash refunds may not be available in such cases.
